Public censure on November 9, 1998. In a case in the Sullivan County Law Court, he filed a
proposed Agreed Order of Continuance containing the signatures of three other attorneys
involved in the case. One signature was noted as being made by "G.H.T.", while the other two
contained no such notation. The latter two attorneys did not authorize their signatures on the
document and actually opposed the continuance.
