The above complaint was filed against Raymond Andrew Shirley, an attorney licensed to

practice law in Tennaasee. alleging âattain acts; of miscondutli. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the

'Boml ofProfessional Responaihlliiy oonsidered these mailers at its 1116ng on December 6, 2013.

Mr. Shirley failed to inform his client that he: was suspended from the: practice of law. Also, by

accepting money from his client to seem the return of her ear, the Respondent pmticed law while he

was suspendgd. The Respondent has returned his clientâs money and dooumgnts.

By the aforementiunad now, Mr. Shirley has violated Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4

(communication), and 5.5 (unauilmrized practica of law) and is hereby Publicly Censured for these:
