ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed on August 30, 2018, by the Petitioner, Ashley Denise
Preston. Ms. Preston was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court on
October 20, 2017. On February 6, 2019, the Hearing Panel entered its Findings &
Judgment of Hearing Panel recommending that Ms. Preston be reinstated with conditions.
The Findings & Judgment of Hearing Panel was considered and approved by the Board
on February 7, 2019.

From all of which the Court approves the Findings & Judgment of Hearing Panel
and adopts the same as this Court’s Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT:

1. The Petitioner, Ashley Denise Preston, is hereby reinstated to the practice
of law in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), subject to the
following conditions:

a. During the term of her two (2) year probation, Ms. Preston is to
continue to engage with her practice monitor, Mr. Ben Russ, who shall
provide monthly reports to the Board of Professional Responsibility for
the purposes of providing the status of Ms. Preston’s progress.

b. During the term of her two (2) year probation, Ms. Preston shall
continue to engage a licensed counselor located in Nashville where Ms.
Preston intends to practice law to assist her should any needs arise.

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Ms. Preston shall pay to the Board
of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$912.00, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
