ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline filed against Patricia
Stolinsky Graves on November 16, 2015; upon Answer to the Petition for Discipline filed
on January 4, 2016; upon a Supplemental Petition for Discipline filed on February 23,
2016; upon Answer to Supplemental Petition for Discipline filed on April 6, 2016; upon a
Second Supplemental Petition for Discipline filed on October 3, 2016; upon entry of a
Conditional Guilty Plea filed by Ms. Graves on April 21, 2017; upon an Order
Recommending Approval of Conditional Guilty Plea entered on May 15, 2017; and upon
consideration and approval by the Board on June 9, 2017.
From all of which the Court approves the Order of the Hearing Panel and adopts
the Hearing Panelâs Order as the Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED,
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

AND
(1)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.2, Patricia Stolinsky Graves is
suspended from the practice of law for five (5) years.
(2)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.7, and as a condition precedent to any
reinstatement, Ms. Graves shall make restitution to the following individuals and shall
furnish to the Board of Professional Responsibility proof of restitution. In the event
restitution is made by the Tennessee Lawyerâs Fund for Client Protection (TLFCP), Ms.
Graves shall reimburse TLFCP in the same amount:

Ms. Olivia Denise Husley in the amount of $2,100.00.
Chip and Jennie Caston in the amount of $2,500.00.
Mr. Kevin Haines in the amount of $2,800.00.
Ms. Jennifer McFarland in the amount of $2,500.00.

Mr. David McWilliams in the amount of $2,500.00.
Ms. Gina Pond in the amount of $7,500.00.
Ms. Kristi Rector in the amount of $2,500.00.
Ms. Michelle Owings in the amount of $2,600.00.

Ms. Graves shall comply in all aspects with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28, and
Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of suspended
attorneys and the procedure for reinstatement.
(4)
Prior to seeking reinstatement, Ms. Graves must meet all CLE
requirements; have remitted all outstanding registration fees and outstanding professional
privilege taxes, including those due from the date of this suspension until the date of
reinstatement; and have remitted all court costs and Board costs in this matter.
(5)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.1, this Order shall be effective
immediately.
(6)
Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 31.3(d), Ms. Graves shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount
of $1,204.89 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within
ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.

The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
