MEMPHIS LAWYER CENSURED

On October 23, 2020, Keisha Moses Richardson, an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee,
received a Public Censure from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Tennessee Supreme Court.

Ms. Richardson was convicted by a jury of Violation of an Order of Protection which was affirmed on
appeal. Ms. Richardson’s conduct reflected adversely upon her fitness as a lawyer and she failed to respond to
the disciplinary complaint against her.

By these acts, Keisha Moses Richardson has violated Rule of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) (disciplinary
matters) and 8.4(a)(b)(d)(g) (misconduct) and is hereby Publicly Censured for these violations.

A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorney’s ability to
practice law.
