Public censure on July 25, 1988. He failed to communicate with opposing counsel and a motion
for default judgment was filed. He failed to appear at the hearing and a default judgment was
entered against his client. He further failed to communicate the default judgment to his client or
file to have the judgment set aside. He also failed to timely respond to requests for information
by the Board during the investigation of the complaint.
