ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition to Dissolve Temporary Suspension
filed by Robert Lee Marlow on September 1, 2017; upon a hearing held on September 19,
2017; upon the Report and Recommendation of the Boardâs Panel entered on September
25, 2017; and upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs entered by the
Panel on October 2, 2017.
From all of which the Court approves the Panelâs Report and Recommendation
and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the same as this
Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:
1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Robert Lee Marlow by Order of
Temporary Suspension entered August 25, 2017, is hereby dissolved.
2. Robert Lee Marlow shall reimburse the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $250.20 within
ninety (90) days, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all
of which execution shall issue if necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
