Suspended for six (6) months by order entered November 29, 1978, for November 20, 1978. He
advised his client to disregard a restraining order and proceeded to take a default judgment and
final decree of divorce without notice to opposing counsel or the Court, when his client's spouse
had also filed a divorce action in another division of the Court. In another matter, he failed to
file a motion to restore the action to the docket after it had been dismissed by one Chancellor,
and failed to divulge to the other Chancellor that application to appoint a conservator had been
twice denied.
