NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Ivan Omar Lopez, a Nashville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on April 1, 2011. Mr. Lopez was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order of the Supreme Court on March 3, 2011, due to his substantial noncompliance with his
Monitoring Agreement with the Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program.

On March 3, 2011, Mr. Lopez filed a Petition for Dissolution of Temporary Suspension. On March
30, 2011, a Hearing Panel of the Board of Professional Responsibility recommended that the temporary
suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Court’s April 1,
2011 Order.
