Suspended for five (5) years by order entered April 8, 1991, retroactive to July 24, 1986, the date
he was originally suspended following his conviction for mail fraud, obstruction of justice and
perjury in the U.S. District Court in Memphis. He was a Shelby County General Sessions Judge
when he was indicted and later convicted.
