IN RE: Jefre Scot Goldtrap, Respondent, File No. 53277-5-KB
BPR No. 18668, an attorney licensed
to practice law in Tennessee
(Davidson County)

PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was filed against Jefre Scot Goldtrap, an attorney licensed to practice

law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Board

inadequate and billed for time which should not have been billed.

By these acts, Jefi'e Scot Goldtrap has violated Rules of Professional Conduct 1.3

(diligence), 1.4 (communication), 1.5 (fees), and 3.2 (expediting litigation), and is hereby Publicly

Censured for these violations.
