ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

This matter is before the Court upon a Request for Dissolution or Modification of
Temporary Suspension filed by Albert Fitzpatrick Officer, III, on August 8, 2017; upon
the Board’s response filed on August 16, 2017; upon a hearing held on August 29, 2017;
upon the Report and Recommendation of the Board’s panel entered on August 30, 2017;
and upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs entered by the panel on
August 30, 2017.

From all of which the Court approves the panel’s Report and Recommendation
and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the same as this
Court’s Order.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:

1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Albert Fitzpatrick Officer, III, by
Order of Temporary Suspension entered July 12, 2017, is hereby dissolved subject to the
following conditions:

(a) Mr. Officer shall execute an amended Monitoring Agreement with the
Tennessee Lawyer Assistance Program (TLAP) providing for mandatory
reporting to the Board.

(b) Mr. Officer must comply with the recommendations of TLAP for ongoing
conditions and monitoring.

(c) Mr. Officer must continue his compliance with the Monitoring Agreement
currently in place, subject to any additional TLAP recommendations.
2. Albert Fitzpatrick Officer, III, shall reimburse the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $284.10 within
ninety (90) days, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all
of which execution shall issue if necessary.

3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
