Disbarred by consent order entered on June 30, 1989. He had been temporarily suspended by the
Supreme Court on March 29, 1989 based upon affidavits which demonstrated that he had
misappropriated funds entrusted to him to his own use. He was the closing attorney in several
real estate transactions and engaged in numerous instances of misappropriating funds entrusted
to him, amounting to approximately $250,000.
