DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY LAWYER REMOVED;
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION REMAINS IN EFFECT
On December 19, 2011, the Tennessee Supreme Court issued an Order removing the disability inactive
status of Michael D. Kellum.
Although the disability inactive status has been removed, Mr. Kellum remains temporarily suspended.
Further, the Supreme Court ordered that pending disciplinary proceedings must be resolved prior to
reinstatement.
