WILLIAMSON COUNTY LAWYER CENSURED

On April 12, 2011, Connie Lynn Reguli, of Brentwood, Tennessee, was publicly censured by the
Tennessee Supreme Court.

The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Discipline against Connie Lynn Reguli
pursuant to Rule 9 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. A Hearing Panel found that Ms. Reguli
was guilty of ethical misconduct for statements she made about Judge Robert E. Lee Davies in an appellate
brief which were deemed “impertinent and unprofessional” by the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Ms. Reguli’s actions violate the following Rules of Professional Conduct: 8.2, Judicial and Legal
Officials; and 8.4(a), Misconduct.

For these violations, the Supreme Court of Tennessee publicly censures Connie Lynn Reguli. A public
censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorney’s ability to practice law.
