TENNESSEE LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered September 18, 2024, Jason Russell Buckley of
Simsbury, Connecticut, was reinstated to the active practice of law.
On August 8, 2024, Mr. Buckley was suspended from the practice of law by Order of Reciprocal
Discipline, for a period of one (1) year consistent with the Order on Motions for Sanctions M. Bar R. 21 entered
by the Supreme Judicial Court for the State of Maine, retroactive to September 7, 2023. Mr. Buckley filed a
Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c),
on August 23, 2024. The Board notified the Supreme Court that Petitioner had completed the one (1) year
reciprocal suspension imposed by the Court and had complied with the requirements of Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,
Section 28 and submitted an appropriate Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
