Public censure on April 5, 1980. The censure resulted from radio advertising which contained
background music; distributing letters to bonding companies soliciting business; advertising
contingent fees without disclosing whether costs would be deducted; publishing a brochure
which implied a specialization; and advertising fixed fees without proper disclaimers. These
violations occurred while he operated a legal clinic for a brief period of time.
