Disbarred by order filed October 22, 1997. He paid himself approximately $57,000 in fees from
an estate without first seeking court approval; failed to perform his duties as an executor in a
timely and proper manner; failed to appear and obey the order of the General Sessions court of
Madison County and was found in contempt of that court; and presented an escrow check to the
clerk for court-ordered reimbursement to the estate when insufficient funds were in his account
to cover the reimbursement check.
