KNOXVILLE LAWYER TRANSFERRED TO DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On September 5, 2003, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order transferring
the law license of Theresa C. Willocks to disability inactive status. Ms. Willocks petitioned
the Court, pursuant to Section 21, Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee, for
transfer of her law license to this status because of her present medical condition.
Disciplinary Counsel did not object to this transfer. Before Ms. Willocks can have her law
license restored, she will have to prove to a hearing panel of the Board of Professional
Responsibility by clear and convincing evidence that she no longer has a medical condition
that hinders her ability to practice law.
