TENNESSEE LAWYER REINSTATED

On September 27, 2019, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Kurt Joseph Pomrenke to the

practice of law. Mr. Pomrenke had been suspended by the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board on November

27, 2018 for a period of nine (9) months. Pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 12.2, Mr.

Pomrenke was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court, dated March 15, 2019. Mr.

Pomrenke filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9,

Section 30.4c. The Board found the Petition satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
