Suspended for four (4) years by order entered October 26, 1994, retroactive to October 27, 1993,
the date he was temporarily suspended. The petitions filed by the Board embraced 16
complaints involving negligence, failure to communicate with clients, and misappropriation of
client funds. He was ordered to make restitution to all complainants for any valid claims for fees
or costs which they paid to Lee without receiving services, and for payments withheld from
settlements to be made to medical providers which were not paid by Lee.
