Public censure on February 22, 1994. The Probate Court of Davidson County found that he had
defrauded his now ex-wife in connection to some tax advice he gave her. The Court of Appeals
affirmed this finding and further found that an attorney-client relationship existed between Ross
and his wife at the time he gave her this fraudulent advice.
