IN THE SUPREME COURT OF TENNESSEE
AT NASHVILLE

01/22/2020

IN RE: BRADLEY MICHAEL CARTER, BPR #024093
An Attorney Licensed to Practice Law in Tennessee
(Williamson County)
______________________
No. M2020-00092-SC-BAR-BP
BOPR No. 2020-3063- 6- BL-12.3
______________________
ORDER
On January 13, 2020, the Board of Professional Responsibility filed a petition for
the temporary suspension of Bradley Michael Carter from the practice of law, pursuant to
Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3. On January 17, 2020, the Court entered an order of
temporary suspension. Shortly after the order was entered, counsel for Mr. Carter
submitted for filing a response to the Board’s petition.
Mr. Carter’s response indicates that information was made available to the Board,
including Mr. Carter’s self-report and Mr. Veile’s affidavit, which was not provided to
the Court in the Board’s petition for temporary suspension. Upon review, the Court
hereby vacates the January 17, 2020 order of temporary suspension, without prejudice to
the Board’s refiling a petition for temporary suspension establishing the necessity of the
Court’s action pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3. IT IS SO ORDERED.
PER CURIAM
