Suspended for one (1) year by order entered July 28, 1983, beginning October 1, 1983. He sat as
a Special General Sessions Judge and disposed of a DUI case involving his client. On another
occasion, he was armed with two hand guns and threatened and menaced several people at a
liquor store and fired one random shot. The dangerous event terminated only when police
arrived, disarmed him and took him into custody.
