MARTIN LAWYER TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED AND
PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
On November 24, 2009, the Tennessee Supreme Court issued an Order temporarily suspending Kyle
Eric Croweâs license to practice law, pursuant to Section 4.3 of Rule 9, for misappropriation of client funds for
Mr. Croweâs own use.
On November 25, 2009, the Tennessee Supreme Court issued an Order that transferred Mr. Crowe to
Disability Inactive Status and stayed the Order temporarily suspending Mr. Crowe's license to practice law.
Mr. Crowe cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. Mr. Crowe can return to the practice
of law only after reinstatement by Order of the Supreme Court. If Mr. Croweâs disability inactive status is
removed, then Mr. Croweâs temporary suspension will again be effective immediately.
