FORMER LINDEN ATTORNEY SUSPENDED

On October 7, 2008, the Tennessee Supreme Court suspended Bobby A. McGee, formerly of Linden,
Tennessee, for three (3) years, less ninety (90) days that Mr. McGee had already been suspended.

On May 25, 2006, Mr. McGee was suspended from the practice of law for three (3) years with all but
ninety (90) days suspended, contingent upon Mr. McGee meeting certain conditions including Mr. McGee’s
compliance with the Tennessee Rules of Professional Conduct. On January 11, 2008, the Board of Professional
Responsibility filed a Petition to Revoke Mr. McGee’s probation based upon Mr. McGee being charged with a
criminal offense. Mr. McGee submitted a Conditional Guilty Plea admitting his violations of the Rules of
Professional Conduct and agreeing to the revocation of his probation and the implementation of the remainder
of his three (3) year suspension as originally imposed in the Supreme Court’s May 25, 2006, Order.

Mr. McGee must comply with the requirements of Section 19 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court,
should he seek reinstatement of his Tennessee law license. Additionally, Mr. McGee must comply with Section
18 of Rule 9, Rules of the Supreme Court, regarding the obligations and responsibilities of suspended attorneys.
