Public reprimand on July 11, 1979. She permitted her husband to interfere with her legal work
and, in effect, permitted him to practice law in her name. She knew of his actions in most
instances, some of which involved his modification of legal documents. She also failed to keep
adequate records and to properly account for disbursement of funds and charges for fees, which
was the result of poor office management.
