Suspended for three (3) years by order entered March 8, 1989. As a real estate closing attorney,
he received funds to be disbursed which he held for approximately 4 months and then issued his
escrow check which was dishonored due to insufficient funds. He made full restitution of the
funds. There were other incidents of checks written on his escrow account for approximately a 1
year period which were dishonored due to his account being overdrawn. In another matter, he
received a $1,000 retainer fee to represent a client in a criminal matter and then failed to render
legal services.
