Suspended for sixty (60) days by order entered September 4, 1990. In 1976, he received in trust
certain monies which were the proceeds from a closing Williams handled wherein the parties
could not agree on the distribution. He failed to put the monies into his trust account and
subsequently converted the monies for his own personal use. After one of the parties filed a
complaint with the Board in 1989, he made full restitution to one party and made arrangements
for payment with the other.
