Suspended for one (1) year commencing on July 1, 1986. He was found guilty of failing to
deposit settlement proceeds in a bank account separate from that used for his personal funds and
office expenses, and of failing to promptly pay a bill. Further, by failing to maintain adequate
records fo client funds in his possession, an unintentional conversion of client funds to his own
personal use occurred.
