CLARKSVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
On March 8, 2002, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order reinstating the law
license of Robert C. Marks.
On February 8, 2002, the Supreme court of Tennessee entered an order temporarily
suspending the law license of Mr. Marks for failing to respond to the Board of Professional
Responsibilityâs instructions to turn over a client file. On approximately February 22, 2002, Mr.
Marks filed an Application for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension. On March 7,
2002, a hearing panel heard Mr. Marksâ Application for Order of Dissolution of Temporary
Suspension and having found that Mr. Marks had since turned over the file to the clientâs new
counsel, recommended that Mr. Marks be reinstated to the practice of law in the state of
Tennessee. The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered the reinstatement of Mr. Marksâs law
license by order filed March 8, 2002.
