Suspended for two (2) years by order entered August 31, 1989. He misappropriated funds
entrusted to him in estates which he was handling, had failed to make restitution, and had, as a
course of conduct, obtained fees from clients for services to be rendered and failed to render such
services. The misappropriated funds entrusted to him and misused fees paid to him were used to
finance his cocaine addiction.
