NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Dana L. Nero has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court
entered January 12, 2012. Ms. Nero was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of the
Supreme Court on January 31, 2011, for substantial noncompliance with a monitoring agreement entered into
with the Tennessee Lawyerâs Assistance Program. On November 7, 2011, Ms. Nero filed a Petition for
Dissolution of the Temporary Suspension. On December 21, 2011, a Hearing Panel entered a recommendation
that the temporary suspension be dissolved subject to the condition that Ms. Nero engages a practice monitor for
six (6) months. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of January 12,
2012.
