Appeals for failure to timely file appellate briefs. He also failed to file for an extension of time
to file the briefs; failed to communicate with the State Attorney regarding any problem to
prevent him from filing the brief; failed to respond to the State's motion to dismiss the appeal;
and failed to appear in court to offer any explanation on the Motion to Dismiss.
