TENNESSEE LAWYER SUSPENDED

Effective February 6, 2023, the Supreme Court of Tennessee suspended Ryan Bodiford Feeney from the
practice of law for six (6) months, with first thirty (30) days being as an active suspension pursuant to
Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 12.2, and the remainder served on probation.
A Petition for Discipline containing one complaint was filed, alleging Mr. Feeney failed to communicate
reasonably with his clients regarding prior suspensions, failed to withdraw from representation during his prior
suspensions, and knowingly practiced law on multiple occasions during his prior suspensions.
