Public censure on September 14, 1998. While handling an immigration matter for two clients,
he lost all of their paperwork, including originals of the client's birth certificate, his marriage
license, and his wife's supporting documents. For years, he failed to return the clients' phone
calls. Eventually, the clients received a notice from the Immigration Service to appear and
submit their documentation.
