PUBLIC CENSURE
The above complaint was filed against Respondent Scott David Johaimessen, an attorney
licensed to practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Septeme
Court Rule 9, die Board of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on
June 14, 2013.
On November 29, 2012, Respondentâs license to practice law was suspended for failure
to pay his professional privilege tax for tWo or more yezn's On December 19, 2012,
Respondentâs license was reinstated. Respondent engaged in the practice of law while
administratively Suspended from the practice of law. itespondentâs client and the public suffered
potential harm as a result of Respondentâs actions.
By the aforementioned facts, Scott David Johennessen, has violated Rule of Professional
Conduct 5.5 and is hereby Publicly Censored for this violation.
