The above complaint was filed against Joshua Howard Polk, an attorney licensed to practice;

law in Tennessea, alleging certain acts of misconnucn Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. (31‘. R. 9, the Board

of meensional Regponsibflity cansidnred inane matters at its meeting nn Septembnr 11, 2015.

Mr. Polk filed a parentage action on behalf of the *propnsed father and mother as joint

petitioners without: first nbtaining, approval from the mother. ,Mr. Polk'alsn had tha fireposefi father

named as primary residential. patient of this~ child at issue without the prior approval of the mother.
