ORDER 0F TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter in before the Court on a Petition of the Board of Professional.
Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee, by and through Disciplinary Counsel,
for the temporary sxisnension of Bennett Farris Bretoher‘ from the practice of law,
pursuant to Section 4,3 of Supreme Court Rule 9. The Petition has been authorized by the

Chair of the Board of Professional Responsibility and is supported by the affidavit of
Charles R. Haley.
Based upon the Petition and the supporting Afflde‘tfit, the‘Conrt finds that Bennett
Farris Bratcher, Respondent, has misappropriated funds to his own use.

It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court that:

Bennett Farris Bratoher is hereby temporarily suspended from the practice

of law as provided in Section 4.3 of supreme Court Rule 9.
2.
Bennett Farris Breteher shall comply with Supreme Court Rule 9 in all
respects, and particularly as provided in Section 18.
3.

Bennett Farris Bratoher may make application for dissolution or

modification of this Order as provided in Supreme Court Rule 9.
4.

The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this

suspension of Bennett Farris Bratoher to be pnbiished as required by Supreme Court Rule
9,
