PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was filed against John R. Moldorf, an attorney licensed to practice law in

Tennessee, alleging certain Bots of misconduct. meiant to Torin. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Board of

Professional Responsibility considered this matter at its meeting on September 8, 2017.

Mr. Moldorf collected funds as a creditor from a bankruptcy trustee even though such funds were
