PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was filed against John R. Moldorf, an attorney licensed to practice law in

Tennessee, alleging certain Bots of misconduct. meiant to Torin. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Board of

Professional Responsibility considered this matter at its meeting on September 8, 2017.

Mr. Moldorf collected funds as a creditor from a bankruptcy trustee even though such funds were

.prOperiy owed to his former client. Mt. Moldorf failed to promptly notify his former client upon receipt

of such funds and paid himself fees OWed by the former client without hat knowledge or (torment,

By these acts, John R. Meidorf has violated Rules of Professional Conduct i.15(d) and (c)
(safekeeping property) and is hereby Imblioly Censored for these violations.
