Suspended for one (1) year by order entered October 17, 1997, with all time suspended except
for thirty (30) days beginning December 10, 1997 and ending January 10, 1998, and the
remaining time being on probation. He submitted excessive fee petitions to the State of
Tennessee as payment for his representation in indigent criminal defense cases. He promptly
repaid the State for the over billing.
