Suspended for one (1) year by order entered September 21, 2000, with all time being suspended
except for thirty (30) days, and remainder of time being served on probation. He neglected his
clients' legal matters, failed to adequately communicate with his clients; failed to release his
clients' files upon request; failed to timely pay monies from a settlement that were due to a
medical creditor of his client; and attempted to practice law in Mississippi without a Mississippi
law license. The one (1) year suspension, less 30 days, was suspended pursuant to Mr. Turner
fulfilling certain probationary requirements -- obtaining a monitor, attending the Board's Ethics
School, closing an estate, etc.
