Suspended for two (2) years beginning December 3, 1999, plus an indefinite period until he
makes restitution to a client or the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection. He failed to take
reasonable steps to avoid foreseeable prejudice to the rights of his client when withdrawing;
failed to give due notice to his client of his withdrawal; did not allow time for employment of
other counsel when withdrawing; did not deliver all papers and property which the client was
entitled to; neglected a legal matter; failed to keep his client reasonably informed; and failed to
promptly pay and deliver the properties in his possession to the client.
