KNOXVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
On October 22, 2010, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order reinstating Bruce E. Poston
to the practice of law. Mr. Poston was temporarily suspended from the practice of law by Order of the
Supreme Court on September 21, 2010, for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct. On
September 28, 2010, Mr. Poston filed a Petition for Dissolution of the Temporary Suspension. A hearing
was conducted on October 13, 2010. On October 15, 2010, a Hearing Panel entered its Report and
Recommendation finding that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was
dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of October 22, 2010.
