KNOXVILLE LAWYER TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
On March 31, 2008, the Supreme Court of Tennessee issued an Order temporarily suspending Aubrey Lewis
Davisâ license to practice law pursuant to Section 4.3 of Supreme Court Rule 9.
The Order requires Mr. Davis to comply with Section 18 of Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9. This
suspension remains in effect until dissolution or modification by the Supreme Court. Mr. Davis may request
dissolution or modification of the suspension by petition to the Supreme Court.
