ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed January 31, 2023, by Petitioner, Georgia B. Felner. Ms.
Felner was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court on June 28, 2019.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the Hearing Panel recommending Ms. Felner
be reinstated were entered June 28, 2023. The Hearing Panelâs Findings and Judgment for
Assessment of Costs was entered July 20, 2023. The Hearing Panelâs Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law along with its Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs were
considered and approved by the Board on July 28, 2023.
From all of which, the Court approves the Hearing Panelâs Findings of Fact and
Conclusions of Law and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts
the same as this Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND
DECREED BY THE COURT:
1. Petitioner, Georgia B. Felner, is hereby reinstated to the practice of law in
the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(d).
2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Ms. Felner shall pay to the Board of
Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount of
$2,519.58 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety
(90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
