Suspended on December 1, 1997 for ninety (90) days. Four complaints were pending involving
negligence, failure to communicate, conflict of interest, charging an excessive fee, and for being
untruthful with a federal judge and failing to admit to the federal judge that he had lied to the
Court. He submitted a conditional guilty plea in exchange for a stated form of discipline.
