MEMPHIS LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Warner Hodges, III, a Memphis attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on June 6, 2008. Mr. Hodges was suspended from the practice of law by
Order of the Supreme Court on February 15, 2007, for practicing law while suspended and for failing to comply
with the terms and conditions of his monitoring agreement. On November 5, 2007, Mr. Hodges filed a Petition
for Reinstatement. A hearing was conducted on March 17, 2008. On April 2, 2008, the Hearing Panel
recommended that Mr. Hodges be reinstated to the practice of law conditioned upon his continued compliance
with the remainder of his monitoring/advocacy agreement with the Tennessee Lawyer Assistance Program and
his continued involvement with the Georgia Lawyerâs Assistance Program.
