CHATTANOOGA LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT

Michael Joseph Mahn, a Chattanooga attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered October 22, 2008. Mr. Mahn was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order of the Supreme Court on September 22, 2008, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On September 26, 2008, Mr. Mahn through counsel filed a Petition for Dissolution of the
Temporary Suspension. A hearing was conducted on October 14, 2008. On October 20, 2008, the Hearing
Panel entered a recommendation that the temporary suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was
dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Court’s Order of October 22, 2008.
