Suspended for five (5) years by order entered August 31, 1989. He was temporarily suspended
on March 2, 1989 following the discovery of numerous acts of misappropriation of funds
entrusted to him. He submitted a conditional guilty plea which was accepted by the Board. The
five (5) year suspension will be followed by an additional suspension only to end upon proof that
he has made complete restitution of all funds misappropriated by him.
